Applicants who possess Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualifications and holding a deep understanding of child development to extend each child’s learning will be highly regarded. In addition, it is highly desirable that the applicant values and supports each child’s health and wellbeing whilst catering for the needs of the group. An understanding of the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework is also highly regarded.

Padbury PS is a family friendly school of approximately 146 students. We provide students from Kindergarten to Year 6 with a stimulating, rewarding and challenging education that motivates them to learn and excel. They learn in a supportive environment that challenges them to achieve personal excellence in everything they do. Our motto, "Caring for the Future," embodies our mission to nurture responsible, compassionate citizens who demonstrate personal, social, and environmental responsibility. With a focus on holistic development, we empower our students to become active contributors to their communities.
