Kemps Creek Public School is located in an ever changing landscape due to the current development of Badgerys Creek Airport (Western Sydney Airport) and Aerotropolis. We are approximately 25 kilometres west of Liverpool. It is in the Macarthur group of schools within the Regional South Operational Directorate of NSW Department of Education. The school has a population of around 125 students with dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive staff covering a wide range of professional experience. The community consists of a diverse mix of families with 54% of students coming from a Language Background other than English and approximately 6% of our students identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. Kemps Creek Public School, as a member of The Cowpasture Community of Schools is committed to providing quality education to all our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) students. We believe that to achieve this we need to ensure appropriate steps are taken; to demonstrate respect to all our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. We develop meaningful relationships with the ATSI community and provide a range of educational opportunities to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. A combined Junior AECG meet twice a term with expertise and elders to collaborate, engage in history and culture and share student voice. In consultation with the ATSI community learning plans are developed to support learners aligned to school priorities in literacy and numeracy. The school has a significant number of families from a low socio-economic background. We prioritise inclusive learning and have a support class for students with Autism.
Approval to teach K-6 and the ability to deliver high-quality differentiated literacy and numeracy programs with a strong understanding of syllabus documentation and the use of data to inform teaching.

Well developed communication and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to build and strengthen relationships and partnerships between school staff, students, parents and the wider community.
Demonstrated willingness to undertake and contribute to whole school extra-curricular programs including, but not limited to, Dance and Choir.
