The RTC Coordinator maintains and promotes positive relationships with both students and staff. The role also includes a range of administrative and supervisory activities including monitoring, data management, communication with students, school staff and parents, ensuring sensitive, respectful and discreet support and supervision of students.Key Result Areas
The role holder’s performance is measured against organisational, team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition, the role’s success is measured by the following key result areas:

• General supervision of students in the Responsible Thinking Classroom (RTC)
• Registration and assignment of resources to students upon entry to the RTC
• Data entry and use of online systems to record incidents and student information
• Communicate sensitively and professionally at all times with students, parents and school staff
• Maintain the classroom environment and resource supplies
• Maintain and promote positive relationships with students and staff
