We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Teacher to join our dynamic team. The Inclusion Teacher will work collaboratively with general education teachers, specialists, and administrators to support students with diverse learning needs in mainstream classrooms.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for inclusive education and possess the skills to create engaging and differentiated instructional experiences that meet the individualised needs of all learners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to develop and implement inclusive instructional strategies and accommodations.
- Provide direct support to students with disabilities or other learning challenges, including personalised instruction and interventions.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and progress, and adjust instructional plans accordingly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to student success.
