* Approval to teach Special Education and/or experience in teaching students with Autism, Behaviour Difficulties, Moderate Intellectual Disability and complex needs including mental health.
* Highly developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to build positive relationships with teachers, school support staff, students, parents and external agencies.
* Capacity to design and implement different curriculum, and develop individualised learning, behaviour and wellbeing plans, to maximise student growth and promote high expectations for all students.
