To teach VET - Hospitality in school you must have either

Certificate IV TAE or

Teaching qualification plus an Assessor Skills Set or VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set.

Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or Certificate II in Cookery with recent industry experience.
