Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teaching and Learning Coordinator to join our Education team. The Teaching and Learning Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of training to our global network of preparation partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of teacher training content, engage with educators, and enhance the learning experience of OET candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Teaching and Learning Manager to develop and draft new content for our teacher training platform.
- Assist in mapping out new teacher training and professional development content to improve teacher engagement and performance.
- Support the creation and delivery of live professional development sessions for educators.
- Respond to education-related queries submitted by candidates through our social media channels.
- Research and write articles to address frequently asked questions about preparing for OET.
- Assist in the creation of presentation content for face to face and webinar presentations
- Assess expressions of interest to become accredited partners and provide feedback based on established criteria.
- Maintain records of accredited schools and teachers on our website and internal systems.
- Coordinate with accredited preparation partners to schedule live teaching sessions on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and email communication.
- Familiarity with graphic design platforms, video hosting sites, live webinar platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
- Prior OET teaching experience
