The Opportunity

On their behalf, we're in pursuit of a highly professional Team Assistant, who understands the nature of office support, coordination and management, looking to take their next step in their career.

The Responsibility

As the Team Assistant / Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Extensive diary and calendar management for multiple executives;
  • Coordination of international and domestic travel;
  • Processing of expenses, coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV requirements;
  • Coordinating agendas for meetings and taking minutes;
  • Working closely with the marketing team to coordinate and prepare collateral;
  • Office management such as ordering of stationary, supplies and office upkeep;
  • Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders;
  • IT assistance and liaison, onboarding and offboarding of new starters; and
  • Organising team events, external off-sites and venue arrangements.
The Expertise

To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess 2-4 years of team administration / office coordination experience and perhaps looking to step up. A background within commercial property / real estate is incredibly advantageous. Certainly, an understanding and exposure to a corporate commercial business with an interest in property, is also highly favoured. You will balance professionalism and impeccable presentation with a relaxed and approachable nature, ensuring all teams can build relationships with you. A natural people-person with a fantastic energy, and a “can-do” attitude will see you succeed in this role.
