About the opportunity
Joining MINPROVISE means stepping into a key role as the Mobilisation & ComplianceTeam Lead.
Reporting to the Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be required to lead and manage overall activities for the Mobilisation Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Team Lead for Mobilisation & Compliance. Mobilisation & ComplianceTeam Lead will ensure all activities are coordinated in an organised and timely fashion and are met by the employee and that all personnel are mobilised in accordance with site and client requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the Mobilisation & Compliance team to ensure efficient onboarding of new projects and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement mobilization strategies to optimize project launch timelines.
- Oversee compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- 3-5 years’ experience in a logistics environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Specifically, and importantly MS Project and MS Excel
- 3 - 5 years’ experience working in the scheduling, rostering, planning and execution of shutdown resource requirements including labour, materials, vehicles and equipment.
- 3 years’ experience with site-based maintenance activities and knowledge of the Pilbara region.
- Qualification in Project Management or similar
