The role

Your role will primarily be within the workshop, with some office work required. You'll be part of a close-knit, dedicated team committed to maintaining our client's high quality standards. This position is a great chance to develop and showcase your leadership abilities while gaining experience in the manufacturing industry.

• $45-$50ph + negotiable depending on experience 
• 6am start time
• Mon -Fri
• Milperra location
• 6 months temp to perm 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading hand tasks.

• Ensuring effective training for all team members.

• Maintaining high-quality production per procedures and specifications.

• Upholding comprehensive safety standards and procedures.

• Ensuring production efficiency and daily output align with us production schedules.

To be successful, you must:

• Have proven experience in a production leadership role or related field
• Ability to be safe and protect others from risk.
• Keen attention to details
• Efficient and well organised
• An ability and willingness to meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong work ethic, tenacity and ‘can do’ attitude.
