- Leadership experience in a hospitality environment.
- Thorough knowledge of mixology - extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor, wine and beers.
- Assist the Bar Manager with developing the cocktail list.
- A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
- Proven leadership and people development skills.
- Ability to drive sales and reach targets.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to motivate a team and improve performance.
- Initiative and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Flexibility with working hours is essential as nights and weekend work will be required.
