About the Position
We are looking for two Team Leaders to join our Logan team. A Team Leader offers guidance and support to Home Care and Support service workers assisting in recruitment & orientation, care plan development as well as client communication.
About You
Our Team Leaders are great at multi tasking. You will have the ability to direct client care as delegated through a care plan, apply your knowledge of funding programs and organise staff training.
What we look for:
- Certificate IV in Home & Community Care or equivalent
- A current National Police Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
