Locations: North Brisbane and the Sunshine CoastAbout the Role: As a Motor ClaimsTeam Leader, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Motor Claims Consultants responsible for managing the Motor Claims function. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and adheres to high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Motor Claims Consultants to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Daily Management: Conduct morning huddles, manage the real-time desk, and prioritize team workloads to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Correspondence: Devise and send outcome correspondence, manage and resolve complaints, and handle financial hardship applications within regulatory requirements.
- Coaching and Monitoring: Provide side-by-side coaching and monitor team performance to ensure execution excellence.
- Claims Management: Oversee a portfolio of claims, ensuring proper review, authorization, and adherence to processes and regulations.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives aimed at continuously improving claims performance.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with legislative, regulatory, and company standards.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in Motor Claims is a plus.
