Partnering with the Management team of the Store, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our Service and Selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations. Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.
To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends.
Your Background:
- People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail environment
- Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, prioritisation with a strong work ethic and problem solving skills
- Passion for customer service and a love of retail!
