About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required.
Main Duties
Data Entry / Administration
Dealing with customer enquiries
Handle and resolve phone and email queries
Assist with filing and maintenance document files
Ad hoc administration / duties as required
Kitchen facilities operator
Maintaining produce chiller and general chiller room facilities and control product inflow and outflow by checking inventory on a daily basis
Maintaining ambient stores room facility and check inventory for any expiry items
Work closely with product developer and product technologist and provide all the administrative support including events and program.
Quality control of products and monthly stock takes of inventory and equipment's of all the kitchens.
Maintaining the storage area neat and tidy all the time.
General administrative duties.
Key Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
Must have keen eye for details
