Form of workHigher education client has an immediate requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Technical BA to join them on an initial 12-month contract with likely extensions. Key projects include a platform consolidation project and IDAM upgrade.
Skills:
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis in large scale enterprise with a focus data and integration;
- Demonstrable experience in solving complex problems based on evidence, analysis and investigation;
- Strong integration experience (i.e. APIs);
- Ability to run workshops and present to key stakeholders both technical and non-technical;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders; and
- Experience working within Agile environments.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in analyses of complex ICT business processes in a large and complex organisation. Strong analytical skills to decipher complex business requirements tied to diverse datasets with demonstrated proficiency in gathering and documenting business needs and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with employing data analysis tools will be a big plus; and
- Demonstrated experience in managing Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria through Boards or similar tools with Agile / Scrum processes.
Key Deliverables:
Gather requirements to support the project plan and delivery of the below initiatives:
- Platform Consolidation project; and
- Identity and Access Management upgrade.
