We are on the look-out for a Technical Compliance Officer that will be engaging with various stakholders in our business to ensure technical documentation is correct and meets compliance requirements for both internal and external bodies.

As the Technical Compliance officer you will:

  • Prepare and maintain new and existing technical documentation in line with compliance requirements. Producing, reviewing and issuing specifications for approval, to minimise exposure to complaints and claims.
  • Review product labels and packaging produced by Marketing to ensure Technical Compliance
  • Support R&D and Marketing functions in the roll-out and support of product and marketing programmes as needed
  • Ensure all record and reporting requirements are adhere to for all technical activities
  • Assist the Regulatory Affairs Manager in the management and maintenance of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) using appropriate programs (e.g., Chemmate, PV). Including 3rd party submissions
  • Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver Technical Compliance

To be considered you will have:

  • Degree in Chemistry or equivalent would be ideal but not essential
  • Extensive experience with customer support related tools such as PV, Chemmate, CRM etc
  • Experience in Website Maintenance and updating documents
  • Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills across highly technical disciplines in organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and Attention to detail
  • Ability to use independent judgement in making decisions based on established methods and procedures.
