Technical Lead With Iam Expertise (Auth0/Okta) - Contract Opportunity

Milestone IT is currently working with our brilliant client that is currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to lead, support, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals in implementing and managing IAM solutions with a focus on Auth0 and Okta platforms.

Location: South East / Hybrid

Duration: 6 months contract with a high possibility of extension

Start Date: ASAP

Our client is currently about to commence a major project within the identity management space uplifting and redesigning many of their core systems. As such, they are currently on the lookout for an experienced lead who can guide their team and project with a solid background in IDM.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions using Auth0 and Okta.
• Provide Technical Leadership, support, and mentoring to the IAM team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet security and access requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IAM services.
• Stay abreast of the latest in IAM technologies and security practices, driving continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior IAM Specialist.
• Expertise in IAM principles and technologies, with specific experience in Auth0 and Okta.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• A passion for technology and security, with a continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications in IAM, Auth0, Okta, or related technologies are highly regarded.
