Technical Service Delivery Manager
  • 12 month contract plus extensions
  • Must be NV1 cleared

Currently seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager.We are committed to delivering exceptional technical solutions and services to our clients across various sectors. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Technical Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment.
  • Demonstrate significant knowledge and experience in implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
  • Deliver Cyber Security and assurance projects, managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints, and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimize organizational change impact and successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.
  • Lead technical teams and manage cross-disciplinary technical programs from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
  • Manage Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments effectively.
Selection Criteria:
  1. Minimum 3+ years of knowledge and experience in implementing ASD Essential Eight and Information Security Manual controls or significant experience in implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints, and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
  3. Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimize organizational change impact during Cyber Security implementations.
  4. Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
  5. Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
  6. Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • NV1 Clearance is mandatory.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
