Technical Service Engineer

Be the 'go-to' contact for our clients seeking solutions for their issues in a fast-paced environment, with each day bringing a new set of challenges.

Your experience will generate additional business from the existing client base, plus your existing networks will help you find new opportunities to really build sales in this region.
Combined with your strategic thinking, industry experience, product knowledge and ability to leverage on your strong network of clients, you will work with the team to deliver solutions that drive business profitability and customer satisfaction.
What your day looks like?

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with your regions and branch network ensuring promotion of the nominated product and service range.
• Assist to develop and provide product and technical sales training.
• Technical support and trouble shooting.
• Manage inspections of bearings & equipment through the Motion workshop including disassembly as directed by the Application/Engineering Manager.
• Deliver documented safety, reliability, and efficiency gains for clients.

Who are we looking for?

• Ability to handle technical sales and service enquiries at all levels.
• Good communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of the bearing and power transmission industry is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of WA mining sector and industrial products knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness, and ability to travel to the Pilbara, Goldfields and the Southwest.
