One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Technical SMEto develop and have a deep understanding of the integration of sub components within the department. You will also liaise with representatives and Capability Acquisitions teams to understand the scope and requirements of multiple projects. The role primarily will be based out of their Canberra office with remote work available as they have flexible working arrangements. The successful Technical SMEwill be offered a contract until June 2025 with 2 X 12 month extension options.
The successfulTechnical SMEwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Generating technical implementation design and solution documentation
- Drafting integration advice for post reviews and pre gate documentation
- Proposing innovation activities to assess emerging technologies
- Coordinating and leading stakeholder engagement forums
The successful Technical SMEwill have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated qualifications or skillset in Networking, Enterprise Architecture or Software Design
- Experience with Software implementations, configurations and assessments
- Awareness of technical systems design and test/evaluation environments
- Demonstrated experience in operations management and training within Federal Government (desirable)
