Technical Solution Architect - Lead

The Technical Lead will be Responsible for leading and supporting a team of technical expert, whilst still undertaking development work themselves.
Key capabilities we are seeking:

• Experience leading and supporting a team of technical experts across the project.
• Experience in .Net/Fullstack development of large, complex projects
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile delivery environment.
• Technical experience in cloud architecture (Azure) to guide and assist the development and implementation of cloud best practice principles, frameworks, and designs.
• Coordination of strategic aspects of technology delivery and translate complex business drivers to contribute to tactical and strategic options.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical resources and project executives.
• Prior experience or knowledge in development of software systems for either:

Entitlement / eligibility calculation processing engine
Payment calculation and integration to SAP * Experience developing technical designs and patterns.
Essential criteria
1. Experience leading a team of technical resources (Developers) in a project environment.
2. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex large-scale applications and web services using Microsoft technology stacks including:

• .NET Core / .NET 5,6,
• JavaScript frontend frameworks including Vue.JS and Angular
• Experience with Visual Studio 2019 / 2022, Visual Studio Code
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Web API / REST Architecture
• Modern software development utilising Microsoft Azure PaaS Services (App Service, Function App, APIM, Service Bus, Azure SQL)
• CI/CD Practices

3. Experience defining and developing platform-based technical designs, patterns and policies to support application development.
4. Experience translating complex ICT concepts for various project and business stakeholders.
