We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student or entry-level employee to join our team as a Technical Support and Inventory Management Assistant. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technology field, hone problem-solving skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of our Technical Support and Warehouse teams.

Position Summary:

As a Technical Support and Inventory Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing Technical Support requests and assisting with Inventory Management administrative duties. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and looking to develop a broad range of skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Technical Support team in managing and processing support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support the Warehouse team with Inventory Management tasks, including stock checks, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate between departments to facilitate smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical challenges, under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program, or recent graduate, preferably in a field related to technology, business, or logistics.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office or similar software. Experience with Inventory Management software is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to commit to a part-time schedule, with flexibility around exam periods and school commitments.
