About the Role
Working with the Launceston (TAS) Technical Services team, you will be responsible for executing technical services and maintenance contracts with key clients with some travel around Tasmania when required to fulfill customer obligations. 

This will involve providing excellent customer service, building positive relationships, and contributing to ongoing business development.

About You

Driven and motivated to excel, you are a great teammate and communicator, with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You have a Certificate III or higher in Electronics and Communications Engineering, RF engineering or related fields of study with strong technical knowledge of: 

• Analogue, P25 and DMR radio technologies.
• Radio spectrum.
• Network based radio link systems.

In addition, you should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work safely, efficiently, and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment. You will possess strong analytical skills with an ability to fault find and problem solve in time critical situations. As a field services team member, you will take responsibility and ownership for the task allocated and follow it through to resolution.

While experience in two-way radio, wireless, IP networking, telephony, and microwave is desirable, we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who are willing to learn and grow with us. Other desirable skills and experience may include leading technical service delivery teams, problem-solving, and fault-finding in time-critical situations.
