The Role
As a Technology Strategist, you will be pivotal in understanding our clients' business objectives, evaluating their current technology landscape, and crafting forward-thinking strategies that align technology with their strategic goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding technology-enabled transformations and implementing Salesforce solutions.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Consult with clients to assess business capabilities, processes, and future state needs.
- Analyse clients' existing technology stack, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Develop technology vision, strategic roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide solution architecture recommendations spanning cloud, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.
- Guide clients on technology operating models, processes, and governance.
- Create thought leadership content such as whitepapers, presentations, and blog posts.
The person
- 7-10 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or consulting roles.
- Deep expertise across multiple technology domains (cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent consulting, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Trusted advisory skills with executive-level business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate strategic ideas into specific technology initiatives and architectures.
- Experience leading complex technology transformation programs.
- Knowledge of technology vendor landscape, products, and partner ecosystem.
- Background working with Enterprise clients and understanding business priorities.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to develop transformative technology visions.
- Hands-on architecture capabilities to design integrated technology solutions.
- Understanding of technology financial management - budgets, business cases, ROI.
- Project management skills to plan and deliver strategic technology initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Technical degree or relevant certifications in technology domains.
