About the role

As a Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing reliable, high quality support experiences. You will understand the needs of educators, students and the various roles within our business clients to ensure their capacity using technology is maximised.

  • Develop school and business relationships.
  • End user support.
  • Design, deploy and support user devices, networks and SaaS solutions.
  • Project delivery.
  • Strong communication.

Your tasks will vary from the basic to the challenging, across many technical disciplines autonomously and a part of diverse teams.

  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • We value serving the client and getting the work done, not watching the clock or doing the bare minimum.
  • We seek out the 1%'ers to anticipate our client's needs and create a great service experience.

Critical - The role is based in Darwin and will involve frequent work in remote Northern Territory communities. We are seeking someone who is prepared and available to perform 3 to 6 remote trips per quarter (trips between 3-7 days). 

  • We provide all team members support, training and resources for you to work confidently and safely in community.
Skills and experience

We're looking for someone with great communication and interpersonal skills and a practical, creative approach to solving problems. 

Love helping others succeed.

Have a passion for seeing technology used effectively.

Confident using and supporting Apple technologies.

Technical experience and qualifications with Apple, Microsoft, Ubiquiti and Jamf, help desk, networking, cloud based computing and server support will be highly regarded.

As we work in schools and vulnerable communities an active Working With Children Check (OCHRE Card)  will be required.

Critical - Ability to travel to and work in remote communities with strong cultural safety and shared respect.
