Role Description: As a Telecommunications Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing telecommunications projects across South Australia. This role requires travel within the region and occasional visits to project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wireless telecommunications, with a deep understanding of safety protocols and SWIMs (Safe Work Method Statements). Previous rigging experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise telecommunications projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, implementing appropriate safety measures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities and progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecommunications, with a focus on wireless technology.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and SWIMs (Safe Work Method Statements).
• Previous experience in rigging telecommunications equipment is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within South Australia and work in various outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
