Job Description:
  • Conducting surveys for line-of-sight assessments.
  • Ensuring tasks meet high-quality standards and comply with SLAs.
  • Inspecting completed work and overseeing operations to ensure alignment with design, equipment specs, and safety standards.
  • Maintaining company vehicles, test equipment, tools, and PPE in optimal condition.
  • Supporting a team of Technicians/Riggers for efficient and high-quality installation or maintenance activities.
  • Providing comprehensive support for installation, maintenance, and repair of customer Telecommunications equipment and systems.
  • Handling installations and maintenance for Radio Network systems.
  • Managing installation and upkeep for Mobile Data Networks, broadcast, radio, cellular, Wi-Fi, and digital networks.

About You:
  • Industry Construction White Card certification.
  • Valid Australian manual vehicle Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in installing and/or supporting Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson RBS, WCDMA/LTE (preferred).
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining antenna and feeder cables on monopoles, rooftops, and towers.
  • Fundamental knowledge of transmission systems, including PDH, SDH, DWDM, ATM, and packet-switched networks.
  • Dedication to adhering to safe work practices consistently.
  • Prior experience within the telecommunications sector.
  • A degree or diploma in telecommunications or electrical engineering is highly valued.
  • Possession or willingness to obtain a Telecommunications Cabling Licence with a fibre endorsement is highly advantageous.
