Primary Objective:
To provide a high level of administrative support and coordination for the Telehealth and Outreach services, working in the outpatient setting. The role includes coordinating and visiting other service providers within the broad Big Rivers Region. The Telehealth Outreach Coordinator works directly with Speciality medical teams to provide telehealth services to patients in the Big Rivers Region. This role also facilitates the Outreach Physician trips to remote communities in the region.
