The role: 

We are looking for a business development/Sales Consultant to work with our Perth based team to drive and manage B2B leads for the Healthcare Professional recruitment team.

Role Summary:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to doctors and other healthcare professionals introducing Cornerstone Health and our large-scale medical centres.
  • Drive B2B leads and manage sales pipeline in an attempt to recruit doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Set up phone/face to face appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals for the recruitment and executive management team.
  • Build relationships with gatekeepers, doctors and other professionals.
  • Source leads from multiple channels: outbound and inbound calls, events, google search, Seek Premium, LinkedIn & other channels.
  • Maintain high data quality of leads and associated contact data (mobile, email address) and tasks in Salesforce CRM.
  • Become a key brand ambassador for Cornerstone Health.
  • In this role, you will be well supported by a telemarketing team, marketing department and the business development team in Sydney.
  • Office location in Leederville.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Confident in speaking to a wide variety of people in various positions
  • Negotiating and persuading skills to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Time management and ability to work outside of a 9.00am - 5.00pm structure
  • Driven and KPI focused to achieve business objectives
  • Attention to detail in maintaining CRM
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and organised
