In the role of Temporary Executive Services Officer you will provide professional, efficient, effective and confidential support services to the Inland Rail project team.
Accountabilities include:
- Provide an efficient, timely and confidential administrative support service to the Senior Project Manager, Directors and project team, including diary management, coordination of team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information, updates and presentations as required.
- Ensure the efficient management of operational correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action, incorporating the coordination of an effective and efficient document management system.
- Conduct searches of files, reports and other papers for use as a reference source for the Senior Project Manager, Directors and project team.
- Be proficient in the use of standard computer applications including the internet, email, diary, word processing, spreadsheet, correspondence, collaborative software, and presentation packages.
- Administration of purchasing practices such as corporate card transactions, travel arrangements, training/conference registrations, and other business administration tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain quality administrative processes for the team.
- Be a motivated, enthusiastic and supportive team member.
- Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.
