Rate: $30 – 33 /hr + Super
Assignment: Temp Reception Cover from 25th - 28th March 2024

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist for a short-term temp assignment in Berkely Vale. You would be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of the front desk, ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and care workers.
- Reception duties including greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls.
- Answering customer enquiries efficiently.
- Responsible for general ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a reception position.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good computer skills, able to pick up systems quickly with minimal training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work 25th - 28th March 2024.
