  • Temporary contracts up to 12 months
  • $120,859 – $133,183 per annum (Clerk Grade 9/10), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About this register

We are seeking external applications from appropriately skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in temporary opportunities to work in either the Legislative Council Committee Office or the Corporate and Bicentenary (Black Rod) Office.

Principal Council Officers in the Committee Office manage parliamentary inquiries, including the review of submissions, organisation of hearings and preparation of committee reports. Principal Council Officers in the Corporate and Bicentenary (Black Rod) Office support largescale events and ceremonial activities, the coordination of the Fountain Court exhibition space, and support members and the Department in the administration of Parliamentary Friendship Groups, Budget Estimates and other corporate responsibilities.
