An exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenancy Support Officer to join the Tenancy team within Sydney Water.
This role coordinates the facilities and tenancy functions across Sydney Waters sites. You will provide specialist facility management support and work to effectively manage tenancy service requests. You will work key stakeholders to ensure projects outcomes are achieved and manage any escalations in the team in an effective and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general administration and document management, keeping all relevant documentation up to date and easily accessible for the team.
Team leadership to manage escalations.
