The Opportunity to join our Team and make a differenceAnglicare Southern Queensland currently have an opportunity for a Tender and Grants Coordinator to join our team based in Fortitude Valley in a Full Time Permanent Capacity.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities relating to tenders and Grants regarding the funding of organisational initiatives, opportunities, and service delivery areas within Anglicare, in accordance with Anglicare’s mission, values, policies and procedures.
Your role in supporting Anglicare will include
- Coordinate, project manage and submit all Anglicare Tender and grant applications, following approved processes.
- Work across all levels of the organisation to communicate funding opportunities, and the process of making a submission.
- Liaise with internal and external entities to secure essential information for the completion of funding applications.
- Writing of submissions, with input from subject matter experts, to ensure a high-quality and succinct submission.
- Coordinate internal deadlines for approval, including self-managed timeframes to ensure submission dates are met.
- Monitor all grant and tender advertising mechanisms, with a particular emphasis on re-tendering of existing Anglicare contracts.
- Update the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Service Delivery Leadership Team (SDLT) of available funding opportunities.
- Continuous review of tender writing and application process, seeking feedback and improvement opportunities to optimise success.
- Develop and implement processes relating to the management of tenders.
- Manage all communication to and from Government departments and funders in relation to potential or submitted applications.
What you will bring to the role
- Extensive experience with writing and producing tender documentation and applications to funders.
- Demonstrated project management skills and high-level attention to detail.
- Expertise in a community orientated role or grants/ bids management.
- Possess high level organisation and administration skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Effective people management skills and demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a broad range of people and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research and professionally create documentation such as reports, briefing papers, general correspondence, and executive communications.
