Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

The purpose of the Test Analyst, IT is to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control for IT systems. The role will require expert knowledge of the software applications as well as good understanding of College needs and processes. The position will identify the defects and ensure the delivery of quality products.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement overall test strategy.
- Creation of test plans, test designs, test processes, test cases and test data;
- Executing test scripts and raising defects/issues for resolution
- Execution of system testing, integration testing, regression testing and end-to-end testing of software applications.
- Raising clear, concise defects and assigning to analyst developers for resolution
- Triaging the defect/requirement and implemented the solution
- Showing Demo and triaging the feedback received.
- Performing the impact analysis and proposing the suitable solution
The Successful Candidate
- Understand project objectives, business requirements and processes.
- Writing test plans and test cases
- Execution test scripts of system testing, integration testing, regression testing and end-to-end testing of software applications
- Defect Management - across college teams (IT/SME's) as well as the external vendor- Raising clear, concise defects and assigning to appropriate internal and/or external resources for resolution.
- Reporting of test progress and outcomes to Test Manager & Project Manager
- Hands on experience in the product testing and web-based application testing
- Comprehensive knowledge and exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle
- Demonstrated ability to work productively in a team.
