Security clearance: Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) (Top Secret Positive Vetting Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key documents including Operational Concept Document (OCD), T&E Strategy, and Test and Evaluation Management Plan (TEMP).
- Collaborate with Delivery Agencies to achieve co-design outcomes and detailed service planning
- Plan, coordinate, and manage T&E programs.
- Identify, manage and coordinate tasks to support T&E activities effectively.
- Provide expert advice and support to Project Director on T&E requirements including methodology, planning, scheduling, conduct, evaluation, and reporting.
- Offer recommendations and advice to Capability Manager for developmental Test and Evaluation, Verification and Validation activities, design acceptance, and operational effectiveness.
- Manage T&E resources effectively to support program goals.
- Lead planning and coordination for Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)
- Collaborate with Delivery Agencies to create comprehensive Pre and Developmental Test and Evaluation plans, including risk reduction strategies, and supervise acceptance testing process.
- Support multinational engagement activities and stakeholder engagement for project development, including the development and submission of briefs and sponsor papers.
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
- Previous Test and Evaluation experience.
- Experience with One Defence Capability System
- Project Management Qualifications or Experience
Desirable skills, qualifications and experience:
- Previous Defence Test and Evaluation experience
- Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM)
- Academic or Professional level T&E qualification
- Procurement and Contract management training
