What you'll do
In Advertising Technology we’re looking for a Test Lead to get hands on with the latest changes and developments for the products that shape ad delivery across Sky; ranging across NOW to AdSmart, you’ll be involved and leading the test effort from initial ideas to debut, ensuring a quality launch for the delivery teams and Sky Media.
Content technology and innovation
Our Content Technology and Innovation team delivers high-quality content to homes, customer devices, businesses and commercial partners across our European markets. With over 2500 colleagues from around the world, we combine our strategic insights, engineering know-how and operational excellence to use the most innovative technologies to create and distribute our award-winning content.
- Work with analysts and business stakeholders to clarify expected system behaviour
- Develop test strategy, approach, plans and scripts for multiple Ad Tech projects
- Lead test cycles through execution phases
- Delegate to and guide the assigned Test Analysts for your projects
- Consult with and instruct suppliers and third parties on their test coverage for Sky, ensuring Ad Tech requirements are met
- Report on test execution, the quality of the tested deliverables and adherence to the agreed standards.
What you’ll bring
- A relevant degree/technical qualification (ISEB certification beneficial)
- Experience of project test leadership, working in a structured testing team with well-defined standards
- Confirmed knowledge and ownership of testing in multiple domains (functional, UAT, performance, automation)
- A strong understanding of integration testing methods
- Experience in using a central test and defect management tool like HP ALM
- The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business users and technology stakeholders

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
