Test Manager Program

About the role

We’re seeking a Test Manager to ensure that all projects delivered under a multi-year program have an appropriate strategy, approach and plan.

You’ll join an innovative team that supports deliverables that are of a sufficient quality, are on time, created according to an appropriate and agreed standard.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Documenting and implementing a Test Approach for each project

• Analysis of project deliverables

• Working closely with Project Managers to schedule Testing activities

• Work with project business analysts to identify test conditions and cases

• Identify testing resource requirements (people, environments, data)

• Monitor testing progress and provide regular reports

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

At least 8-10 years’ experience in testing strategy, planning and execution

Experience using industry standard testing and defect management solution

Experience in developing and executing test plans for complex strategic initiatives

Experience working with third party suppliers and vendors to deliver testing outcomes

Ability to work outside of normal business hours/overnight, (where required to complete testing activities) to include weekends, as business and program needs dictate

Experience in Information and Cyber Security BAU and/or transformational program or project teams - preferred
