Purpose of Position
The purpose of the Educator position is to provide and assist in the coordination of the activities of TH7 Body Labs in accordance with the vision, mission, objectives, and policies to ensure the highest quality of services are delivered.
The Educator role is to ensure that TH7 Body Labs maintains a strong corporate identity, a sense of common purpose, always ensures a clean and professional environment along with providing exceptional customer services to all our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management:
- Welcome all clients at the beginning of their appointment, ensuring that all administration, waivers, and payments have been completed.
- Complete all front desk tasks as required including but not limited to; answering phones, making bookings or rescheduling bookings.
- Ensure clients are greeted in a timely manner and not left unattended in the reception area on arrival.
- Provide expert instruction on protocols and benefits of equipment to clients.
- Show clients around facilities explain benefits of equipment/protocol.
- Show clients into area where appointment is to take place, explain the process for the appointment.
- Supervise use of equipment as required.
- Undertake maintenance of equipment as required.
- Check and reply to social media client communication as required, and in line with Th7 BodyLabs guidelines.
- Complete administration tasks including but not limited to; signing up of new or renewal client’s memberships, upsell protocols and packages to new and existing clients.
- Promote referral programs with new and existing clients.
- Develop client recovery and wellness programs.
- Suggest, and promote, quality improvement processes.
Leadership:
- Ensure high levels of communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance to contemporary Human Resource Management practices including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Anti- Discrimination.
- Develop effective relationships, particularly with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, understanding and collaboration is achieved.
- Work alongside other Team Members and promote a collaborative work culture within the facility
Education:
- Engage with learning modules and undergo initial training as a key communicator within the workplace
- Participate in professional development including self-directed learning and required training.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of occupational health & safety, and equal employment opportunity and comply with associated organisational policies.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards them
- 1 year of industry experience desirable but not essential.
- Current first aid and CPR Certificate
Skills, Knowledge, and Ability
- Ability to support the strategic and operational objectives of an active wellness business.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people.
- Ability to function in a multi-disciplinary team and ability to function independently.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality improvement processes.
- Knowledge and skills in contemporary Human Resource Management practices including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Anti-Discrimination.
- Knowledge of the protocols offered. Provide subject matter expertise or policy advice across a range of protocols or activities.
