We are looking for a passionate Cook who is interested in developing their culinary journey and who can support the team in the delivery of joyful guest experiences.

• Previous experience in similar role, hotel or lounge style dinning is advantageous
• Ability to work in high presume situations and take initiative
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards 
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP 
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 including weekends & public holidays
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required
