Engender Equality is a specialist service offering counselling, support and information to people who have experienced family violence.
Engender is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Counselling Practice Leader to join our state-wide team of passionate and skilled workers.
Reporting to the CEO, the Therapeutic Counselling Practice Leader is a senior leadership role, responsible for:
- developing, maintaining, and managing the quality of the therapeutic practice and offered by Engender Equality;
- administering and leading the clinical functions of the Engender Equality Therapeutic Counselling service;
- implementing a comprehensive Clinical Governance Framework for Engender Equality’s counselling services;
- analysing and reporting on Therapeutic Counselling impacts; and
- contributing to the achievement of Engender Equality’s strategic priorities.
