Engender Equality is a specialist service offering counselling, support and information to people who have experienced family violence.
Engender is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Counselling Practice Supervisorto join our state-wide team of passionate and skilled workers.
Reporting to the Practice Leader, the Practice Supervisor is a leadership role, providing:
- Direct practice supervision and line management to a team of therapeutic counsellors
- Leadership support for the Practice Leader
- Therapeutic counselling for a small caseload of family violence victim-survivors.
