Are you an experienced leader looking for a new challenge? The Ramsay Clinic Hollywood is seeking a Therapy program to join our team at Hollywood Private Hospital. Located in a tranquil setting, our private mental health facility offers a variety of programs and therapies to support our patients.
As the Therapy Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our therapy teams
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of evidence-based psychological services to both inpatients and day patients.
- You will also plan and facilitate treatments using proven psychological interventions to ensure outstanding mental health care.

- Mental Health Nurse
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset, preferably in an acute mental healthcare setting, a passion for client care and a desire to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of patients.
Essential criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Nursing
- Relevant registration with the appropriate Board
- Minimum of five years' experience in an acute mental healthcare setting
- Experience facilitating process orientated group and individual psychotherapy groups
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver quality patient care
- Ability to plan and manage human and material resources
Desirable criteria:
- Recent experience in acute mental health inpatient / day patient work
- Knowledge and experience in the application of various models of therapy e.g. DBT, Schema, ACT, CBT
Remuneration: Salary commensurate with experience.
