Are you an experienced leader looking for a new challenge? The Ramsay Clinic Hollywood is seeking a Therapy program to join our team at Hollywood Private Hospital. Located in a tranquil setting, our private mental health facility offers a variety of programs and therapies to support our patients.
As the Therapy Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our therapy teams
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of evidence-based psychological services to both inpatients and day patients.
You will also plan and facilitate treatments using proven psychological interventions to ensure outstanding mental health care.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset, preferably in an acute mental healthcare setting, a passion for client care and a desire to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of patients.
Essential criteria:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Nursing
Relevant registration with the appropriate Board
Minimum of five years’ experience in an acute mental healthcare setting
Experience facilitating process orientated group and individual psychotherapy groups
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver quality patient care
Ability to plan and manage human and material resources
Desirable criteria:
Recent experience in acute mental health inpatient / day patient work
Knowledge and experience in the application of various models of therapy e.g. DBT, Schema, ACT, CBT
Remuneration: Salary commensurate with experience.
