We are currently seeking a psychologist to join our team either as a subcontractor or an employee.

Our dedicated administration team will support you in scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care where appropriate.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of psychology, participating in ongoing training and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Professional Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of WA
  • Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate complex psychological concepts to clients and their families.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current ABN (for subcontractors).
  • Eligibility to obtain a Medicare Provider Number.
  • Proof of AHPRA registration.
