What You'll Do:
- Create Fun and Engaging Content: From user-generated gems to employee highlights, you'll tell our brand story in the most captivating ways.
- Plan, Film, and Edit: Bring your creative ideas to life across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Manage Our Social Channels: Schedule and post content, keeping our feeds fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with our team to ensure our brand shines bright and resonates with our audience.
- Engage with UGC Creators and Influencers: Build relationships with influencers and Content Creators to amplify our reach.
- Analyze Trends and Data: Use your analytical skills to spot social media trends and optimize our content strategy.
- Grow Our Online Communities: Foster a vibrant online community through top-notch community management.
- Think Outside the Box: Dream up potential viral content and innovative approaches to content creation.
- Shape Our Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute short and long-term social media plans, collaborating with key teams for maximum impact.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2-3 years in social media and content marketing roles.
- Camera-Ready: You can navigate around tiktok and film our employees having fun
- Editing Skills: Proficient with Capcut, Tiktok & Instagram Reels
- Viral Content Creator: A proven track record of creating viral content across various social media platforms.
- Platform Pro: Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Creative Mindset: Willingness to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- HAVE FUN: Our brand is fun and engaging, we want to create fun, entertaining and engaging content on our social media.
- Ecommerce Insight: Understanding of Ecommerce and DTC brands.
