Customer Experience Officer
Transdev John Holland Buses (TJHB) is seeking a polished and experienced Customer Experience Officer to deliver prompt and first-class customer service through the interaction of the passenger public by delivering informative and accurate feedback responses, resolving escalated customer complaints, and championing the TJHB values.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Randwick bus depot as part of the Customer Experience team.
About the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer's enquiries and feedback via email, chat and phone in a prompt and accurate manner
- Collaborate with the operational team to investigate customer feedback to ensure effective resolutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and experience using strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Contribute and work together for the success of the Customer Experience team by meeting client expectations and exceeding the overall objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records of Customer interactions and activity in the CRM and other internal platforms.
- Assist with reception calls, inquiries and including lost property items.
About You
- +1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with polished verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multi-task and work effectively under time pressure
- Ability to work both autonomously and well within a team environment
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in the public transport industry is desirable
