Most of our work has a significant international component and is with blue-chip clients.Dentons' TMT team advises clients on a wide variety of matters including on innovative and disruptive technology, complex digital transformation projects, technology procurement and outsourcing, business process outsourcing, supply and distribution agreements, telecommunications infrastructure and services arrangements, telecommunications regulatory advice, AI and data governance frameworks, multi-jurisdiction privacy matters and cyber readiness and incident response management and advice.You will work collaboratively with leading TMT practitioners from top tier firms in a highly cohesive and friendly team. You will receive excellent supervision and training.The practice is growing quickly and you will have excellent career growth and development opportunities, including the potential to work internationally with colleagues in the Dentons family around the world. You will have direct contact with clients and be mentored by the senior lawyers in the team to help you develop in your own areas of interest.About YouWe are looking for full time lawyers (although we will consider part-time for the right candidates) with the following capabilities and attributes:
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including software licence agreements, SaaS agreements, website terms and conditions, complex IT services arrangements, IT or business process outsourcing arrangements;
- Expertise in privacy law, cyber readiness and incident response and regulated industries would be also highly regarded;
- Interest in Fintech, Medtech, Adtech and AI legal issues is valued;
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients;
- High attention to detail;
- Highly organised with computer literacy;
- An innovative problem solving mindset with strong research skills;
- Proactive and able to project manage; and
- Collaborative and with strong communication skills.
