Work structure: FIFO to Port Hedland, 8:6 roster.
What you'll do: As a key member of our team the Track Protection Officer ensures that while our crews are out on track they operate safely and effectively while minimising down time, and ensuring efficient access to the rail corridor and infrastructure.
About you: Along with your commitment to excellence in health and safety, you will also be:
- Experienced in the role of Protection Officer, with exceptional communication and people skills.
- Hold the following qualifications:
- Track Access – Restricted (Mandatory)
- Track Access – Lookout (Mandatory)
- Track Access - Site Warden (Mandatory)
- TOA (Mandatory)
- Route Knowledge (Mandatory)
- TWA (Desirable)
- Highly competent with accurate job planning.
- Substantial knowledge of trackside safety standards, rules, and procedures.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence, truck license also preferred.
